One of my favorite drawings which looks complicated but an easy one if we follow steps one by one..
Essentials:
1. DOMS Oil pastel
2. Apsara Extra dark pencil
3. Whitener
4. A4 size paper
5. Tissue paper for blending
Tip:
1. Try masking tape magic for perfect border between sky and ground
2. Layer and blend basic white, yellow and orange colors for ground
3. Then draw strokes of various colors for leafy texture
4. Leave outline for clouds and color blue ones in remaining spaces
5. Blend everything with white pastel to get perfect cloudy texture
6. Use whitener for rain droplets
