How to draw Rainy Day Abstract using Oil Pastel

A bright & colorful drawing which can be easily finished using oil pastel.

If you have an hour of free time and you need to draw something quick and colorful, you can definitely try this one.

After so many drawings in oil pastel, i tried this simple to show you how simple oil pastel blending is and also how you can create watery/rain effect using oil pastel.

Basic steps are,

1. Draw an outline of drawing.

2. Shade your favorite colors using oil pastel.

3. Blend it using tissue paper

4. Draw people using dark pencil

5. Final watery strokes using different colors.

Note: I used color pencils to mark outline of umbrellas.. Which eventually gave me good effect.. You can use normal dark pencil also if you dont have color pencils with you...
