Above bee eater is yet another color pencil drawing which look tough but easier when you draw outline perfectly and color shades with patience.
Basic steps are as below,
1. Draw an outline of bird using normal pencil
2. Shade base yellow color with low pressure
3. Finish up eyes and beak parts
4. Layer up with other color over yellow layer like feathery textures
5. Use black color pencil to create dark/shadow effects in feathers

Tip: I haven't learnt about water blending technique when i draw this bird. You can get realistic result if you blend base yellow color layer with water and then layer the other colors over top.
