How to draw realistic Grapes using water color pencil

Magic of color pencil lies with blending.
Shading with color pencil is very easy job but to make it realistic we need to blend combination of colors correctly and to apply layers above that perfectly.
As i explained in my other post, creating a color palette is first step you need to do before trying any drawing..
I tried this drawing before doing color palette and hence i found difficult to choose colors appropriate for grapes..
You can refer in above picture on what are all colors i used to draw this..

Tips for creating realistic drawing:

1. Shade base layer of color pencil
2. Blend the base color using water; I used water color pencil hence i used water to blend; in case of oil/wax based pencil, you need to try with solvent like baby oil etc.
3. Draw final layers of pencil on top highlighting dark and lighter areas.

And you can refer my YouTube tutorial mentioned in below link for step-by-step details..

Note: You need to thicker paper to try water blending technique. Using water in normal paper will create smudge.
