Original drawing was done with soft pastel and beach waves texture will be smooth with soft pastels..  Blending with oil pastel is always quite rough when it involves multiple layer of colors.. 

But this one is yet another 'feel good' mood swing scenary to relax your mind.. 

Essentials:  

1. DOMS Oil pastel

2. Apsara Extra dark pencil 

3. Whitener

4. A4 size paper

5. Tissue paper for blending

Tip:

Cloud in this drawing has to be made extra carefully as only good cloud work will give good finish to scenary..
