Another beautiful art done easily with masking tape and a tin cap..
Essentials:
1. DOMS Oil pastel
2. Apsara Extra dark pencil
3. Whitener
4. A4 size paper
5. Tissue paper for blending
Tips:
1. Mask lower portion of paper and draw original top picture
2. Then mask top portion and draw reflection side
3. Blend border between original and refection side for clean picture
4. Use available tin cap for moon shape
5. Use tissue paper for blending colors
